My Banner Campaigns: The number of banner campaigns created for your account. To see the list of them, please click the figure.

Risk Assessment: Your site “Risk Assessment” is a rate calculated every month using your ratio of charge-backs and refunds compared to your total amount of transactions. There are four levels of risk:

• No risk - your site charge-backs to transactions ratio falls within the acceptable 1.5% level and refunds don't exceed 5% of the overall sales amount
• Medium Alert – charge-backs amount is within 1.5%-2% of the number of sales and/or refund amount is between 5% and 10%
• High Alert – charge-backs amount is within 2.1%-2.5% of the number of sales and/or refund amount is between 10% and 20%
• Emergency Brake – charge-backs amount is over 2.5% of the number of sales and/or refund amount is over 20%

If one or more of your sites or campaigns reaches Medium, High or Emergency Brake alert level, our system automatically sends you and your designated account manager a message warning of the potential risks.

Success Rate

Your site “Success Rate” is calculated in points (from 1 to 100) and is based upon the following data:

• Risk Index (20 points maximum)
• Your traffic (15 points maximum)
• Conversion rates from new unique visitors to members (10 points maximum)
• Conversion rates from free members to paid members (20 points maximum)
• Number of sub-partners (15 points maximum)
• Time with World Dating Partners in “active promotion mode” (20 points maximum)

My Sales – Total: all the revenue generated by you

My Sales – Current: - all the revenue that will be sent to you with your next claim, you outstanding commission.

Members Info: here the number of your members is shown, when clicking the figure you will get a list of sites with members registered on each of them and thus you will see how many members every site has and what number was brought by banner campaigns.

Conversion Visitors-Free:   Here you are given average convertion rates for your account To see separate stats, please click the figure.

Conversion Free-Paid: Here you are given average convertion rates for your account To see separate stats, please click the figure.

Retention rate: This statistics allows you to see how well your sites retain visitors. The usual retention rate for our system is 3 months, so you can judge how well you work with your content, news, and other updates to keep your members interested and to make them stay on the site longer.

Send daily Statistics by E-mail: by enabling this option you are able to received daily stats to your e-mail box directly

Receive newsletters: we send regular newsletter to keep you updated about the system and the dating industry, please make sure you have enabled this option.

My Sub-partners: here you see the number of people who joined the system as WDP partners from one of your sites.

Unique Visitors: the number of the unique IP addresses within the month period

Banner Clicks: the general number of clicks made on your banner.

My Commission Rate: this table shows you your commission from sales made by your members. Please note, each portal is calculated separately. We use the dynamic scheme that allows you to earn more after your revenue reaches level specified in the Terms and Conditions.
